Between Iran and Japan  – A Life with Poetry and Music

Iranians’ appreciation of poetry transcends both time and space— it steeps in their daily life as well as music.
The guest speaker for this event is Nikzad Nahid, who works at Persian section of NHK WORLD Radio Japan as a translator and announcer, and also has a career as a musician. She will talk about poetry, music and their relationship—these have played an essential role in her own life. In the following session, she will give a performance with other dancers and musicians.
