AVEC LE BALCON “Agog with Curiosity”

Avec Le Balcon is a collaborative creation program between Le Balcon, a Paris-based ensemble known for its innovative productions, and the Tokyo University of the Arts.
Starting from musical expression, the program explores new possibilities for stage performance by integrating a wide range of genres, including video, lighting, physical expression, and spatial design.

The program is conducted in a workshop format, where participants develop their ideas through dialogue, experimentation, and repeated trial and error.
This small presentation serves as a modest interim showing that shares the current stage of the creative process.

Under the theme Agog with Curiosity, we invite you to witness the moments when different artistic fields intersect, driven by curiosity and centered around music. Rather than presenting finished works, the participants will showcase prototype pieces that reflect where their creations stand at this point in the process.

We hope you will join us and experience the very place where new forms of expression are beginning to emerge.
